Description:
OTOXIN is Oxytocin, a natural hormone that causes the uterus to contract. Otoxin injection is used for the induction and augmentation of labour, to control post partum bleeding and uterine hypotonicity in the third stage of labour, and to promote lactation in cases of faulty milk ejection. It is also used in missed abortions. Supplied in 5 I.U. and 10 I.U./mL Solution for Injection in clear glass ampoule of 1’s; Box of 10’s.
